[17:44:05] <Hadriel Kaplan> In order to provide support for certain services, the SSP MUST either implement and provide the public GRUU mechanism as defined in this document, or a Contact-URI which has similar properties as a GRUU, namely being globally routable to reach the same UA.  This has applicability beyond the local SSP and IP-PBX relationship; for example, in the case of a call from the IP-PBX through the SSP to another far-end device, that far-end device may need to receive a globally routable contact for that call in order to send a REFER to transfer the call.
