[00:06:57] cabo joins the room
[09:34:08] <zulipbot> (Jorge Amodio) can you raise audio level a little notch ?
[09:34:09] cabo leaves the room
[09:34:37] <zulipbot> (Lorenzo Miniero) Jorge: just a sec
[09:35:17] <zulipbot> (Lorenzo Miniero) Is it better now?
[09:35:17] <zulipbot> (Jorge Amodio) much better
[09:35:30] <zulipbot> (Jorge Amodio) thanks
[09:51:59] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) The Wifi keeps dropping out for the laptop I'm using to present - I hope this is not affecting the remote presentation
[09:52:44] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Morton) it looks fine from here
[09:53:13] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) Thanks
[09:54:08] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Morton) the slides are currently coming from the presenter's laptop, so there's no problem there
[09:57:32] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) The slides were shared from my laptop and I passed control to his phone - it's good to know that survives my connection dropping out
[09:59:27] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Hoyland) So when you rename is that a CNAME? How does bar.com get redirected to the new domain?
[09:59:58] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Hoyland) Sorry, ns1.bar.com
[10:05:07] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Morton) @Colin: I think the slides get uploaded to Meetecho upon sharing, so only the control device needs to be up, not the original file source
[10:06:16] <zulipbot> (Shivan Sahib) Do GoDaddy etc have bug bounty programs
[10:07:42] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) @Jonathan - yup, looks that way
[10:19:52] <zulipbot> (Duane Wessels) Q&A after each talk or after all talks?
[10:20:44] <zulipbot> (Kazuaki Ueda) Great talk!
[10:31:43] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) no voice
[10:31:43] <zulipbot> (Mat Ford) I'm taking notes - if you speak at the mic and would help with editing your name and/or question in case I mishear it, please jump in! https://notes.ietf.org/notes-ietf-115-irtfopen
[10:31:56] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) ok now
[10:45:39] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Hoyland) HRPC is against TLS tomorrow  :(
[10:46:05] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) did not get the rfc was it 8080
[10:46:19] <zulipbot> (Juliana Guerra) it is 8280
[10:46:33] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) thanks
[10:47:18] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) I think HRPC was moved to Friday
[10:51:45] <zulipbot> (Jonathan Hoyland) It's now against SAAG and HTTPBIS 🤦
[10:53:35] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) :-( scheduling is hard
[11:02:15] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) no I wanted here to answer not Lars
[11:02:57] <zulipbot> (Colin Perkins) It was hard to hear you in the room - a lot of echo. Could you re-ask in the chat?
[11:04:00] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) Yes please ... the question was: what is her opinion on this RFC document 1 April, without having a clear title that it is not for standard
[11:04:26] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) As it is only for a tradition fools day
[11:04:52] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) The document does not title or indicate only by Date 1 April
[11:05:18] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) Please I needed her to give her opinion.... could you re-ask her
[11:09:26] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) I was not interested in the rfc editor's opinion... any way seems that the chair did not see my message
[11:10:05] <zulipbot> (Kyle Rose) I am not sure anyone here understands what you're asking. Is the question that "April 1 RFCs are not clearly marked as 'parody', and that is confusing to people of other cultures"? Or something else?
[11:15:48] <zulipbot> (David Lawrence) Fwiw, that's what it sounds like to me, and it seems to me to be a good point
[11:35:34] <zulipbot> (Gautam Akiwate) @_**Jonathan Hoyland|453** [said](https://zulip.ietf.org/#narrow/stream/332-irtfopen/topic/jabber/near/52008):
```quote
```
This renaming is not a CNAME. The registrar renames ns2.foo.com "in place" to dropthishost-xxxx.biz. So everything that used that specific host object as a nameserver now automatically uses the new name. That means because of the renaming, in the resolution process instead of getting ns2.foo.com as the authoritative nameserver one will get dropthishost-xxxx.biz

[15:55:24] <zulipbot> (Abdussalam Baryun) I am sure some understood my question as one repeated it but presenter ask another to answer. There is no confusion to any.
